Cous Cous with artichokes and seafood

Préparation

Place the De Cecco Cous Cous in a bowl, pour the stock of the previously prepared and shelled molluscs onto it and two table spoons of De Cecco Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Mix and let stand for 10 minutes.In the meantime sauté the prawns in a pan with a bit of oil, add the shelled mussels and cockles, the artichokes you have previously prepared, the chopped parsley and finally add the Cous Cous.Mix well, garnish with a few leaves of chervil and serve.
