Egg Taglierini quick and tasty

  • 1 tbsp olive paste
  • 1 small bunch Italian parsley
  • 1 clove garlic
  • grated Parmesan cheese to taste
  • salt
Taglierini n° 305 all’uovo


Cook the pasta in a large pan with plenty of boiling salted water. In the meanwhile prepare the sauce: cook the tomato and the peeled garlic for 10 minutes, add 2 tbsp of cooking water, the olive paste and the chopped parsley, mixing well.Add the oil and switch the heat off, toss the pasta in the sauce and sauté for a minute, flavouring well. Serve with grated parmesan aside.
