Egg Tagliolini with paprika and yoghurt

  • 350 g Tagliolini n° 306 all’uovo
  • 2 pinches paprika
  • ¼ whole yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp grated black olives
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt

Cook the pasta al dente in a large pan with plenty of boiling salted water. In the meanwhile heat the oil in a pan with the finely chopped garlic and fry until blond, add the yoghurt, the chopped olives, a pinch of salt and paprika.Mix well and remove the sauce from the heat immediately. Dress the pasta with the sauce and one more smudge of paprika.
