Capellini with chive

  • 300 g0SX0009
  • 1 small bunch Italian parsley
  • 1 small bunch chive
  • 10 g Butter
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

In a big saucepan bring to the boil plenty of salted water and toss the pasta in it and cook till al dente. In the meanwhile rinse the parsley and the chive then dry them with a very clean tea towel and slice them finely; then put them into a saucepan with olive oil and heat them.Drain the pasta al dente, mix it with the parsley and chive mix, add 3 tbsp of the pasta’s cooking water and mix with a wooden spoon. Remove the saucepan from the heat, fold in the butter and a pinch of pepper and serve immediately.
