Racchette with Brussels sprouts

  • 350 g0SX0090
  • 250 g Brussels sprouts
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 sardine fillets in oil
  • 1 Chilli
  • salt

Preparation

Clean the Brussels sprouts, slice them into thin segments and rinse. Peel and slightly crush the garlic. Chop the chilli into strips, slice the sardine fillets into chunks. Bring to the boil a pan with plenty of boiling water, toss the pasta in it with the Brussels sprouts.Then heat some oil in a pan, add the garlic, the chilli, the sardines and melt them with a wooden spoon. Drain the pasta and the Brussels sprouts, toss them in the pan with the sardine sauce add a couple of spoonfuls of the pasta’s cooking water and sauté for a few minutes. Then arrange it in a serving dish and serve.
