Cauliflower recipe with pasta and anchovies

Start with the cauliflower (300 g), cutting the florets into smaller pieces and boiling them for up to 4 minutes. In another pan, brown a clove of garlic and add 4 anchovy fillets, letting them cook until almost fully melted. Then, add the boiled cauliflower and, if you like, a little chopped chili pepper. Separately, toast 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs while cooking the pasta. Finish by mixing the pasta first with the sauce and then sprinkling it with the toasted breadcrumbs.
