Preparation
In a large saucepan put a dash of oil, the chopped onion, sausage and pepper and brown, then season with salt and pepper and a sprinkle of wine.Once the wine has evaporated lower the heat, add pepper and the cooked pasta, drained al dente.Dilute the cheese sauce with a few spoonfuls of the pasta's cooking water. Switch the heat off and leave it to rest a few minutes before serving.
