Bucatini grandi with hake

Peel the tomatoes, deseed them and brake them up. Chop the onion, place it in a pan with a dash of heated oil and fry until golden; add the tomatoes and the chunks of hake fillets.Simmer for 10-15 minutes adding the chopped basil, a touch of salt and pepper a few minutes before it is ready. In the meanwhile cook the pasta al dente in a pan with plenty of boiling salted water.Drain it when al dente and put it in the pan with the hake sauce and sauté for a few minutes then serve warm.
