Preparation
Cook the tagliatelline in a large pan with plenty of boiling salted water. In the meanwhile finely chop the onion, the garlic, the basil and toss in a small pan. Then add the tomato, 1 tbsp of oil, a pinch of salt and a grind of pepper.Mix well and cook over a medium heat for 5 minutes. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and toss it in a serving dish, dress it with the sauce and the grated parmesan, mix well and serve immediately.
