Once deribbed and deseeded rinse the peppers and slice them into strips. Rinse the soy beans in cold water, drain them and wash them with a tea towel. Place the vinegar in a bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper and mix until the salt has dissolved completely.Add the oil and whisk until the sauce is a smooth mix. Drain the cram meat and break it up. Put the soy beans in a bowl, add the pepper, the crab, pour half of the oil and vinegar sauce and gently mix.Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water and once al dente pour it in a bowl with cold water to cool it down. Drain it again and dry it. Place the pasta in a bowl, add the vinegar sauce, the vegetable mix and the crab. Serve immediately.
