Linguine alla Formiana

  • 200 g big shrimps, already cleaned

Rinse the big shrimps. Peel the and crush the garlic, put it in a pan with a dash of oil and let it fry until soft; add the big shrimps and sauté for a minute; remove them and place them in a dish, then pour the wine in a pan and mix with a wooden spoon.Pour the tomato, season with salt and pepper and simmer for 15 minutes, mixing it from time to time. Clean and rinse the parsley, then chop it and add it to the sauce with the shrimps and the mussels, a minute before removing the pan from the heat.In the meanwhile cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water, drain it when al dente and toss it in a serving dish; mix it with the sauce and serve warm.
