Mafaldine with peas

  • 250 g frozen peas and defrosted
  • 2 big onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 50 g Bacon
  • 10 g Italian parsley
  • 4 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 ladle beef broth
  • 40 g Butter
  • salt and pepper

Peel the garlic and the onion then chop them with the bacon and the parsley; fry this mix with half the amount of butter, then add the peas, season with salt and mix, simmer for 10 minutes, add the broth bit by it.In the meanwhile cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water and drain it al dente, arrange it in a serving dish and mix it to the peas, the leftover butter and the grated parmesan and serve immediately.
