De Cecco Completes Acquisition of RossoGargano
F.lli De Cecco has concluded the acquisition of 100% of RossoGargano S.C.A.p.A., a leading Italian company specializing in the production and processing of tomato-based products and vegetable preserves.
This transaction represents an important milestone in the Group’s development journey and further strengthens our production chain by enhancing expertise, quality and direct control of the entire production process, from raw materials through to market distribution.

Fara San Martino (CH), July 21, 2026 – F.lli De Cecco has completed the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of RossoGargano S.C.A.p.A., an agricultural consortium company headquartered in Foggia, following the receipt of all required regulatory approvals and the satisfaction of the conditions set out in the agreement signed on June 1, 2026.
Based in Foggia, RossoGargano is a leading player in the production and processing of tomato-based products, food preserves, and vegetable specialties. Through the coordination of its member producers, the company oversees and plans the cultivation of raw materials, processes agricultural products from both its members and third parties at its manufacturing facilities, and supports their commercialization in domestic and international markets.
RossoGargano is a well-established operator in the Italian market and has successfully built a strong presence over the years in three of De Cecco Group’s key international markets.

RossoGargano’s shareholders were advised by Dr. Francesco Ciampo on financial and tax matters, and by Xperta Partners Legal (XP Legal), the legal division of Xperta Partners, with Partner Gianluca Bartolomei leading the legal advisory work related to the transaction.
