Egg Tagliolini with mushrooms and artichokes

  • 350 g Tagliolini n° 306 all’uovo
  • 100 g porcini mushrooms
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tbsp water and salt
  • Italian parsley
  • pepper

In a pan put a dash of virgin oil with thin slices of mushrooms and artichokes with chopped garlic and a bit of salted water. Brown these ingredients for 10 minutes.In the meanwhile cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water, sprinkle with parsley, pepper and the mushroom and artichoke sauce.
