Break up the zita. Derib and deseed the pepper, rinse it and chop it into strips. Blanch the tomatoes and once peeled, deseeded and drained chop them coarsely, sieve them for 10 minutes.Heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic and golden, then add the sardines, the pepper and fry until the pepper is soft. Then in this mixture add the chopped olives, the capers, the tomato and season with salt and pepper.Simmer for 15 minutes and add the chopped parsley just before the sauce is cooked.
