Rinse the sea slugs. Clean the sardines and break them up. Clean the parsley and once dried chop it with the garlic. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and fry the chopped mixture until golden then add the sea slugs and simmer over a high heat for 10 minutes.Shell the shellfish with a toothpick and mix them with the sardines and the chopped mixture. In the meanwhile boil the pasta in a large saucepan with plenty of boiling water, drain it al dente, toss it in the pan, season with a grind of pepper, sauté; for a few seconds until it is nicely flavoured. Serve warm.
