Preparation
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water. Peel and chop the garlic. Rinse the basil, dry and chop them finely. heat the oil in a pan with the garlic, a pinch of salt and pepper and fry until soft over a gentle heat. Drain the pasta when al dente, toss it in the pan, sprinkle it with pecorino; sauté over a very low heat for 2-3 minutes until all the ingredients are folded in, then add the basil, stir again and serve.
