We could hardly leave out Fusilli from our Gluten-Free range! The spiral shape, originating from yesteryear in southern Italy, means that strong condiments such as cheese-based sauces, rich meat, or fish sauces, can all thoroughly envelop the pasta for delicious results. As with other De Cecco Gluten-Free products, the Fusilli pasta is the result of a careful selection of naturally gluten-free grains that are a strong source of fibre, in the search for a balanced recipe of taste, colour and aroma with the indispensable ‘al dente’ texture.
