Fedelini with pine kernels

  • 100 g pine kernels
  • 50 g basil
  • 2 sticks celery
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper

Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water. In the meanwhile in a food processor mix the basil, the kernels, the peeled garlic, the grated parmesan, the oil and a pinch of salt and pepper.Pour this mix in a saucepan and add the celery, previously rinsed and sliced very finely. As soon as the pasta is al dente drain it and place it in a soup tureen. Fold it in with the sauce and serve immediately.
