Preparation
Peel the onion and chop it finely, peel and crush the garlic, clean and chop the parsley, the bay leaf, rosemary; mix the herbs with onion and the garlic in a pan with a dash of heated oil, add a pinch of salt and simmer over a very gentle heat for 15 minutes.In the meanwhile cook the sedanini in a pan with plenty of boiling water, drain them when al dente, toss them in a bowl, mix them with the sauce, sprinkle with pecorino, mix well and serve warm.
