Sedani rigati with cream and rocket

  • 1 packet single cream
  • 1 small bunch rucola
  • 2 tbsp rubra sauce
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Clean the rocket, rinse and chop it then brown it in a pan with oil and salt (the rocket must just soften), add the cream mixing well with a wooden spoon. Add the rubra sauce; after a few minutes the sauce will be ready. Then cook the pasta in boiling salted water, drain it al dente and mix it with the sauce. Serve immediately with a sprinkle of Parmesan to taste.
