Egg Lasagnette with tuna

Ingredients

  • 400 g Lasagnette n° 102 all’uovo
  • 150 g tuna in oil
  • 3 salted sardines
  • 1 clove garlic
  • chopped parsley to taste
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Peel the clove of garlic in some oil, add the sardines, well rinsed and boned, melt them stirring with care. Mix the tomato and a few spoons of water. Add the chunks of tuna and a bit of parsley.Cook the ingredients together for 10 minutes. In the meanwhile bring to the boil a pan with plenty of salted water, when it starts boiling again, toss the pasta. Drain it al dente and mix it with the sauce.
