Preparation
In a large saucepan heat the cream add the butter and melt it nicely stirring with a wooden spoon, add the chunks of salmon, the paprika and the nutmeg. Before the mixture boils, pour the vodka over it and season with a pinch of salt. In the meanwhile cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water. Drain it and pour it in the saucepan with the sauce. Mix softly and serve.
