Preparation
Cook the pasta in a pan with boiling water and a bit of salt. While the pasta is cooking clean and rinse the herbs, rinse them well under running water and, chop them, not too finely.Heat the cream, mix the herbs with 2 spoonfuls of the pasta's cooking water. drain the pasta and mix it with the herb cream pasta. Sprinkle with parmesan and a grind of pepper and serve.
