Preparation
Peel the shallot, rinse and dry it and slice it finely. Squeeze the lemon juice in a bowl, add a pinch of salt and pepper, mix then add a dash of oil and whisk. Put the diced tomato and the pepper, the shallot and the chilli, then add the lemon juice and fold in all the ingredients. In the meanwhile cook the pasta al dente; arrange it on a serving dish, mix with the sauce and serve.
