Growth is virtuous if it creates lasting wealth not only for the company and for the shareholders, but also for the employees and for the area in which it is located. The heart of sustainable growth lies in the care taken over the quality of the product, which we convey to all those who are involved in our business, in an attempt to transform the quality of the product into the quality of the “system”. Three ingredients are needed to create the quality of the system: respect, passion and expertise.
