Aromatic Egg Tagliatelline with tomato

Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water, once drained, peeled and deseeded dice them. Then heat the oil with the sage, the marjoram, add the diced tomato and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook over a high heat for 7-8 minutes.Once the tomato sauce is ready add the leftover basil, rinsed and chopped earlier. In the meanwhile cook the tagliatelline in a pan with boiling salted water, drain and mix with the tomato sauce, sprinkle the grated parmesan and serve.
