Tagliatelle with sausage and black truffle

  • 2 sausages
  • ¼ cup single cream
  • 30 g black Norcia truffle
  • 4 tbsp Parmesan cheese flakes
  • salt and pepper

Cook the pasta in a pan with plenty of salted water. Peel the sausages, crumble them and place them in a pan with some oil and brown, once almost ready, add the cream; season with salt and pepper and cook briefly over a high heat.Drain the pasta and toss it into the pan; give it a quick mix, switch the heat off, then pour the pasta in a serving dish with the sauce, sprinkle with parmesan and the truffle sliced into flakes and serve immediately.
