Wholewheat Spaghetti with carrots

Heat the virgin oil in a saucepan, add the finely sliced onion, celery and two carrots. Season with salt and pepper to taste. In a different pan toast 2 tbsp of sesame seeds with a dash of oil.Aside soften the herb cheese with a fork. Cook the pasta, drain it al dente and dress it immediately with the cheese and the cooked vegetables. Sprinkle it with the toasted sesame seeds before serving.
