Spaghetti with garden vegetables

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 leek
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 chunk celery
  • 10 g marjoram
  • 10 g basil
  • 10 g Italian parsley
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 4 leaves sage
  • salt

Bring to the boil a large pan with plenty of water. Peel and chop the garlic. Trim and rinse the vegetables and the herbs.Pour the oil in a saucepan add the chopped mix and fry until soft then add the tomato concentrate diluted in 2 tbsp of water.Season with salt and simmer for 7 minutes. In the meanwhile drain the pasta al dente, pour it in tureen, mix it with the aromatic sauce, mix well and serve immediately.
