Zitone with ricotta cheese

  • 300 g ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 150 g Parmesan cheese
  • ground pepper

Place the ricotta, the yolk and the parmesan in a pan and heat au-bain-marie for a few minutes, then season with salt and pepper.In the meanwhile cook the pasta al dente and once drained add it to the sauce. If necessary add a few spoonfuls of the cooking water.
