  • 70 g lard
  • 1 sprig Italian parsley
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 red chillies
  • salt

Cook the pasta in a large saucepan with plenty of boiling salted water. While the pasta is cooking, press the lard, chop the garlic and, separately, the chillies.Place these ingredients in a pan with oil and once golden pour the lard mix over the pasta al dente. Mix well and serve with a sprinkle of parsley.
