Farfalle with peas and ham

  • 200 g shelled peas
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 1 sprig sage
  • 30 g single cream
  • 3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 20 g Butter
  • 50 g Bacon
  • salt

In a pan heat a knob of butter with the sage; add the cream and bring to the boil. Add the peas and the bacon and simmer for 15 minutes. In the meanwhile cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water. Once al dente drain it and toss in a serving dish, then add the strips of ham, the cream mix and the grated parmesan. Mix well and serve warm.
