  • 50 g salted ricotta cheese

준비

Dice the aubergines, place the garlic in a large pan with a dash of oil and fry with the tomatoes, the aubergines and simmer for 5 minutes.Coon the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water, once drained, toss it in the pan with the aubergine sauce, sprinkle with ricotta, add a few leaves of basil and serve warm.
