Preparation
Clean the cauliflower, removing the tougher parts, rinse it well and slice it into strips. Peel the potatoes, rinse and chop into small chunks. Bring to the boil a large pan of salted water and toss the cauliflower in, cook for 10 minutes then add the pasta.Once cooked, drain it al dente with the vegetables, pour it in a serving dish, sprinkle with olive oil and sprinkle it with grated parmesan and serve warm.
